These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SortMyEntries, operated by Vedant Konde (Sole Proprietor/Founder), based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
By accessing, browsing, or using the SortMyEntries platform, mobile applications, website (www.sortmyentries.in), or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notices, or in-app notifications. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
SortMyEntries provides an online platform for event discovery, ticket booking, card issuance for event access, prepaid credit management, event listing services for organizers, entry verification systems, and analytics tools.
The Platform is currently in active development and beta testing. During this phase, certain features may be incomplete, services may be modified without prior notice, and users may experience service interruptions.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including valid mobile number, email address, and government-issued identity document for verification.
To receive a SortMyEntries Card, you must complete identity verification by submitting government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). The Company may reject documents deemed insufficient or fraudulent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access. You may not share credentials, allow others to access your account, or use another person's account.
The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, abuse other users or Company personnel, or as required by law.
Upon successful identity verification, you receive a digital Card and a physical Card (first card free). The Card remains property of SortMyEntries and is issued under a limited, non-transferable license.
Permitted: Booking event tickets, entry verification at venues, storing and using prepaid credits.
Prohibited: Transferring, selling, or lending the Card; using for illegal purposes; tampering, altering, or duplicating; using after reported lost/stolen.
Initial prepaid credit limit: ₹7,500. Limits may be increased through premium subscriptions or account upgrades. The Company may modify limits with reasonable notice.
Report immediately via the Platform or email to vedant@sortmyentries.in. The Card will be deactivated and credit balance preserved. Replacement may be requested (fees apply after first free card).
Browse events, select tickets, review details, complete payment, receive confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation.
All tickets are non-transferable (linked to your verified identity), valid only for specified event/date/time/venue, and subject to Event Organizer's terms. The Company acts as intermediary and does not organize or control events.
Present your Card at venue entry for verification. Event Organizers may deny entry for safety/security reasons, request additional ID for age-restricted events, or refuse entry for suspected fraud.
We accept Card credits, credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. All payments processed through secure third-party gateways.
Credits are non-transferable, valid for 12 months from addition date, and usable only on the Platform. Expired credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
Event Cancellation by Organizer: Full refund within 5-7 business days.
User Cancellations: Subject to Event Organizer's policy (displayed during booking). Company service fees may be non-refundable.
Event Postponement: Ticket valid for rescheduled date; refund eligibility per Organizer's policy if unable to attend.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, credit forfeiture, legal action, and liability for damages.
Event Organizers must register with valid identification, contact information, and bank details. Organizers are solely responsible for event accuracy, legal compliance, permits, safety, customer service, and honoring tickets.
Transaction fees: Typically 2-5% of ticket price. Revenue settlements within 7 business days post-event.
The Platform and all content are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the Platform to develop competing services.
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Company does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service; accurate results; or correction of errors.
The Company does not organize or control events; guarantee event quality, safety, or legality; or assume responsibility for Event Organizer actions.
Maximum Liability: Total fees paid during the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.
Exclusions: No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; unauthorized account access; or Force Majeure events.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use of Services, violation of Terms, violation of laws or third-party rights, your content, or your conduct at events.
Informal Resolution: Contact vedant@sortmyentries.in first. Parties shall negotiate in good faith for at least 15 days.
Governing Law: Laws of India.
Arbitration: Unresolved disputes settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, Privacy Policy, and SLA constitute the complete agreement.
Severability: Invalid provisions shall be severed; remaining provisions continue in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign without consent; Company may assign to successors or affiliates.
Language: English version prevails in case of translation conflicts.
